Barista - Coffee Shop Assistant (Kenyan Nationals)



We are hiring a talented Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Al Buraymi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks while providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for coffee and an interest in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, etc.
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and standards
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Restock supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries

Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service abilities

Salary: 1100$ per month

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
