Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of concrete mixtures according to specifications
- Pour and spread concrete into designated areas using tools such as shovels and rakes
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand trowels or power tools
- Finish surfaces by applying curing or sealing compounds to prevent cracking
- Assist with the installation of reinforcement materials such as rebar
- Operate equipment such as jackhammers, saws, and drills to break up old concrete or prepare surfaces for new concrete
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, on-the-job training will be provided
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced Concrete Workers
- Basic English communication skills preferred but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Vianden without sponsorship
