As a Loader, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading materials onto trucks and other vehicles. This physically demanding role requires excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with a variety of materials, including heavy items, so attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Inspect materials for damage or defects before loading
- Secure materials using appropriate methods to prevent shifting during transportation
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks to move materials
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate loading schedules and ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate with drivers and other team members to ensure accurate loading and unloading processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment and handling materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Loader or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for measuring, weighing, and counting materials
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding role in various weather conditions
