Indian Chef


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Ajman. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori specialties, and other traditional dishes. You will also be responsible for creating new and innovative recipes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Create new and innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Ensure quality and consistency in all food preparation
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to create new recipes while maintaining authenticity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ajman, UAE. Preference will be given to candidates who currently reside in Ajman or are willing to relocate.
