Experienced Handyman for Residential Properties in Los Angeles, USA


We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in residential properties, including repairs, maintenance, and renovations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is skilled in various trades and enjoys working with their hands.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Install fixtures and appliances as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or areas that require maintenance
- Respond to service requests from tenants in a timely manner
- Complete renovation projects as assigned by the property manager
- Ensure all work is performed to high-quality standards and within budget constraints
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Must have experience with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to use various tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided.
