Salary:

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for the USA
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Skilled in various repair and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify any repairs or maintenance needed
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned, such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light fixtures, patching drywall, etc.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
