Gardener for Landscaping Company in Shan


We are searching for a skilled Gardener to join our landscaping company in Shan. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for gardening and at least 2 years of experience in the field. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our client's outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and other green areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and pruning plants and trees according to seasonal needs
- Maintaining and mowing lawns to ensure they are healthy and well-groomed
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Designing and implementing new landscape projects based on client preferences
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hedge clippers
- Ensuring all gardening tools are clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Providing excellent customer service by communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Gardener or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of plants, trees, flowers, and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening equipment effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Shan (accommodation provided)
Nationality: Filipino preferred
