Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively manage all aspects of a project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plan
- Address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate project documentation for recordkeeping purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

This is a contract job that offers a competitive salary of 900$ per week. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.
