Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land to determine property boundaries and other features. You must have a thorough understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as excellent math and analytical skills. This role may also involve interacting with clients and other professionals, so strong communication skills are essential. Salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Tagalog is a plus)
- Willingness to work in Al Ahmadi without accommodation provided

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant data
- Use various tools such as GPS, GIS, levels, and total stations to collect data accurately
- Analyze survey data and create maps using specialized software
- Prepare reports, sketches, maps, and legal descriptions for clients or government agencies
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals on projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements
- Ensure all surveys adhere to relevant standards and regulations
- Keep accurate records of all survey data
