We are seeking a talented Industrial Architect to join our growing team in Vilnius. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Design industrial buildings and structures according to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using specialized computer software
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the quality of work meets standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in materials, technology, and design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Experience working on industrial construction projects is preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
