Industrial Architect

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional, safe, and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that align with their vision. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of building codes and regulations are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed designs for industrial buildings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Select appropriate materials and finishes based on project specifications
- Prepare construction documents and obtain necessary permits from local authorities
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent time-management abilities
