English-Speaking Barista in Salalah, Oman (Part-Time)


We are seeking a skilled and friendly English-speaking Barista to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light snacks and pastries. This is a part-time position that is perfect for someone looking to supplement their income or gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service
- Take orders from customers and prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages according to their preferences
- Prepare light snacks and pastries such as sandwiches, croissants, and cookies
- Ensure all drinks and food items are made to company standards
- Keep the cafe clean and tidy at all times, including wiping down tables, counters, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and allergens to assist customers with dietary restrictions or preferences

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Friendly personality with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Biometric passport valid for at least 6 months (for non-Omani nationals)
- Must have the legal right to work in Oman

Salary:
This part-time role offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
