Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our team in Salalah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be in charge of maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, as well as handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of coffee and espresso drinks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages according to their preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment to prepare drinks
- Ensure quality control by measuring and adjusting ingredients and temperatures for each drink
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including wiping tables, washing dishes, restocking supplies, etc.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by answering questions about menu items or making recommendations
- Follow health codes, safety standards, and company policies at all times

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
