Mine Supervisor

The Mine Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mining operations in Osijek, including managing a team of miners, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining production targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in mining operations, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures. This is a physically demanding role that requires working in underground mines. The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise all mining operations in Osijek to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
- Manage a team of miners, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor production targets and adjust operations as necessary to meet or exceed goals
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Maintain accurate records of production, equipment usage, and maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the mine site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in mining or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in mining operations is required; experience as a supervisor is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to mining operations
- Physically fit and able to work in underground mines
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds
