IT Manager


Our fast-growing company is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and functionality of all systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals and oversee their daily tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for our company's information technology systems
- Monitor network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and minimal disruptions
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the security of all systems by implementing proper protocols and procedures
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and cloud computing
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure

Salary: 1200$

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (accommodation provided)

Contract Type: Full-time

Language Requirements: Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
