We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Izhevsk. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure of our company. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to improve and maintain our IT systems, networks, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
