We are hiring a skilled Barber to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing hair cutting, styling and grooming services to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients leave our salon feeling satisfied and confident with their new look.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to determine their desired hairstyle
- Provide suggestions and recommendations based on client's hair type and face shape
- Perform hair cutting, styling, and shaving services using various techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and tools
- Keep up-to-date on current trends in men's hairstyles
- Ensure high quality customer service by listening to clients' needs and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional services or products as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Proficiency in various hair cutting techniques including fades, trims, and line-ups
- Knowledge of different hair types and textures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive movements
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed
