Job Title: Gardener Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As the Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of gardeners in maintaining and beautifying our company's outdoor spaces.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of gardeners, providing guidance and instructions on gardening techniques and tasks
- Plan and schedule gardening projects, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Monitor the health and growth of plants, trees, and flowers, making recommendations for maintenance or replacement as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper care of outdoor spaces, such as irrigation systems or pest control measures
- Train new gardeners on company policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory of gardening tools and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while using gardening equipment or chemicals
- Perform hands-on gardening tasks when necessary to support the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener Supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of gardening techniques, tools, and plant care
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions to team members and communicate with other departments
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport required for international travel
- Preference for Pakistani national but open to all nationalities
