Office Administrator
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Triesen. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration and possess excellent communication and time management skills. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office, ensuring efficient operations and a positive work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Assist with creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Oversee office supply inventory and ensure necessary supplies are ordered in a timely manner
- Handle payroll processing, invoicing, and other financial tasks as assigned
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
- Greet visitors with a friendly attitude and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the organization
- Continuously seek ways to improve office processes and procedures to increase efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information or matters
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new tasks as needed
- Must be able to work full-time during regular business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
