Urgent Administrative Assistant - Triesen, Liechtenstein
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. This is an urgent position with a preference for Indian nationals, but all applicants are welcome to apply.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Answering and directing phone calls
-Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
-Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
-Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
-Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports
-Monitoring office supplies and ordering when necessary
-Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
-Performing general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
-Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
-Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills
-Able to work independently as well as part of a team
-Flexible with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
