Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers who are experiencing issues with their computer software or hardware. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others. You will be working in our office located in Braga, providing support both in person and remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers via phone, email or in person
- Provide step-by-step instructions to customers on how to resolve their technical problems
- Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists when necessary
- Document all interactions with customers in our ticketing system
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in computer technology
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in a technical support role or similar customer service role
- Proficient knowledge of computer software and hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Salary: $1400 per month
