We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness plans and guidance to clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and consultations with clients to understand their goals, fitness level, and any health concerns.
- Develop personalized fitness plans and provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients reach their goals.
- Lead one-on-one training sessions with clients to demonstrate exercises, ensure proper form, and provide motivation.
- Conduct group fitness classes such as HIIT, boot camp, or strength training.
- Provide nutritional advice and support to clients as needed.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their fitness plans as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients.

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Ability to create personalized workout plans that cater to individual needs and limitations.
- Passion for health and fitness with a strong desire to help others reach their goals.
- Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends based on client availability.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Almada, Portugal. Our gym is easily accessible by public transportation.
