Formwork Carpenter
We are a construction company located in Dickirch and we are seeking a skilled Formwork Carpenter to join our team. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and dismantling temporary structures used to support concrete during construction. This position requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the dimensions of the formwork structure
- Cut, shape, and assemble wooden or metal pieces to build the formwork
- Set up scaffolding and ladders for safe access to the formwork
- Install reinforcing bars and mesh as directed by engineers or supervisors
- Pour and spread concrete into the formwork according to specifications
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Dismantle formwork after concrete has set and clean up the worksite

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or Carpenter in a construction setting
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring tools such as levels, squares, rulers, etc.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs)
- Familiarity with safety regulations on construction sites
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of mathematics
- Malayalee preferred but not required
