Executive Chef in Braga
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Braga. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate.
Requirements:
- Graduates from culinary school preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine
- Ability to create menus and recipes that cater to different dietary needs and preferences
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure high quality standards are maintained at all times
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and providing feedback
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients at competitive prices
