Land Surveyor



We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Albena, a beautiful coastal city in Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate maps and measurements of land for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and drawings
- Calculate precise measurements and prepare reports for clients
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in surveying technology and techniques
- Adhere to all safety regulations while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Previous experience working as a Land Surveyor is preferred but not required
- Excellent knowledge of surveying tools and software
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. This position is open to both local candidates and foreigners who are willing to relocate. English proficiency is not required for this role.
