Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Split. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, locate natural or man-made features, and provide data for construction or engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying methods and equipment, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to establish property boundaries, identify natural or man-made features, and determine elevations
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels to collect accurate measurements
- Analyze survey data to create maps, charts, or reports for clients
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide data for construction projects
- Prepare legal documents related to land surveys
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, and levels
- Strong understanding of surveying methods and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations regarding land surveys
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Split
