A prestigious hotel in the charming city of Acre, Israel is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Concierge to join our team. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of local events, attractions, and amenities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
