Junior Architecture Manager

As a Junior Architecture Manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to oversee and manage architectural projects in our office located in Lahore. Your main responsibility will be to assist in the planning, design, and execution of various architectural projects. This is an entry-level position, making it ideal for recent graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of experience in architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Support senior management in all aspects of project management including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans and drawings
- Assist in conducting site visits and reviewing construction progress
- Manage project documentation and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to inform design decisions
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other 3D modeling software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members and clients
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they arise
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in our office located in Lahore. However, due to the current pandemic situation, remote work may be required until further notice.
