Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Oslo, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the design and construction process for various architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and drawings using specialized software
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plan and make necessary adjustments or changes as needed
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and mentorship as needed
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members from different backgrounds
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget constraints

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month with accommodation provided.

Location:
This position will be based in Oslo, Norway. While we prefer candidates who are already located in Oslo or willing to relocate at their own expense, we are open to considering remote work options for exceptional candidates.
