Contract Senior Architect - Oslo, Norway


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team for a contract position in Oslo, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and has strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process from conception to completion
- Develop and present project proposals to clients
- Collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure project feasibility and compliance with codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Norway
- Fluency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language
