Pastry Chef
As a Pastry Chef at our upscale restaurant in Muharraq, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries and desserts that are both visually appealing and delicious. Your creativity and expertise in the art of pastry-making will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience, making this an exciting opportunity for any talented Pastry Chef.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Strong knowledge and passion for pastry-making techniques and trends
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Designing creative, seasonal menus for desserts and pastries
- Preparing, baking, decorating, and presenting various pastries and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensuring high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
- Managing inventory of ingredients and supplies, ordering as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
- Training junior chefs on pastry-making techniques
- Collaborating with other chefs to create new dishes that incorporate pastries or desserts
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1300 per month.
