Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to safety regulations and company policies
- Perform pre and post-operation inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Manipulate controls to operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Excavate, level, and grade land surfaces using heavy equipment
- Load and unload materials using heavy machinery
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed
- Keep accurate records of daily operations and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Follow project plans, blueprints, or other instructions from supervisors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role
- Ability to operate various types of heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills to follow instructions from supervisors and report any issues
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
