Experienced Turner for Contract Position in Dubrovnik, Croatia


We are currently hiring an experienced Turner for a contract position located in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik, Croatia. This role is open to Indian nationals and does not require proficiency in English. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment to shape and mold metal into specific parts or products.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate machine settings for each project
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machinery to cut, shape, and smooth metal pieces
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running efficiently and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions of finished products
- Inspect finished parts for quality control purposes and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Turner or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in operating lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other metalworking machinery
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for employment in Croatia

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
