Entry Level Turner - Dubrovnik, Croatia

We are a leading manufacturing company in Dubrovnik, Croatia seeking an Entry Level Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines to produce high-quality metal components.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor turning machines to produce precision components according to specifications
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of products
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in turning or machining preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of technical drawings and blueprints
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Valid visa for working in Croatia or willingness to obtain one with our sponsorship
