Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to managing resources and ensuring quality control. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor progress and performance of all aspects of the project
- Oversee subcontractor selection and management
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep accurate records of project activities, including budgets, timelines, change orders, etc.
- Identify potential risks or obstacles and develop contingency plans as needed
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Experience managing budgets and schedules for large-scale projects
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to lead a team effectively and make decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) is preferred but not required

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
