Our growing restaurant is seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations, ensuring excellent food quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of success in managing a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure high quality food preparation and presentation
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make strategic business decisions
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and controlling costs
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
