Restaurant Manager
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire and train new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Create work schedules for staff members
- Conduct performance evaluations for employees

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, POS systems, and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu or Punjabi is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position.

Experience:
