Entry-Level Mason

We are in search of an Entry-Level Mason to join our team in Svalbard. As an Entry-Level Mason, you will be responsible for assisting with various masonry projects, including laying brick and stone, mixing and applying mortar, and repairing existing structures. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in masonry and gain practical experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with laying brick and stone according to construction plans
- Mix and apply mortar to secure brick and stone in place
- Cut and shape bricks and stones using hand tools or power tools
- Repair damaged or deteriorating structures using appropriate materials
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge of masonry techniques is preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions effectively
- Own visa or eligibility to obtain one
- Accommodation provided

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
