Job Title: Facade Maintenance Technician

As a Facade Maintenance Technician in Beer-Sheva, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior surfaces of buildings, including glass, metal, stone, and other materials. Your duties will include conducting regular inspections and identifying any damaged or deteriorating areas that require attention. You will also be responsible for performing repairs or replacements as needed, using specialized tools and equipment.

In this role, attention to detail and a strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques are essential. You must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as being able to follow safety procedures at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any damage or deterioration
- Perform repairs or replacements on damaged or deteriorating areas using specialized tools and equipment
- Clean exterior surfaces using appropriate methods and products
- Install new facade materials as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate with building managers and other team members regarding maintenance needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in facade maintenance or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, lifts, and other specialized equipment
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders, carrying heavy materials, etc.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
1500$ per month

Location:
Beer-Sheva, Israel

Working Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week)

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
