We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and cultivating plants, flowers, and trees in various outdoor spaces such as gardens, parks, and public areas.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing plants
- Maintaining and repairing garden structures such as fences and pathways
- Identifying and controlling pests or diseases that may affect plant growth
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment such as lawnmowers and trimmers
- Designing and implementing new garden layouts or features
- Ensuring a clean and tidy appearance of the garden at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience in gardening or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of different plant species, their care requirements, and common pests
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
