Dietitian for Indian Cuisine in Las Vegas

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for creating and implementing nutrition plans for our Indian cuisine restaurant that cater to the specific dietary needs and preferences of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual consultations with customers to assess their dietary needs and create personalized nutrition plans
- Work closely with our chefs to develop healthy and balanced Indian dishes that meet the nutritional requirements of our customers
- Conduct regular menu reviews and make adjustments as needed to ensure nutritional adequacy
- Provide guidance and education to staff on proper food preparation techniques and ingredient selection for optimal nutrition
- Stay updated on current research and trends in nutrition, particularly related to Indian cuisine, and incorporate new information into menu planning
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors or therapists, as needed to provide comprehensive care for customers with specific health conditions
- Maintain accurate records of customer consultations, nutrition plans, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Dietitian, preferably in the food service industry or specializing in Indian cuisine
- Certification from a recognized professional organization (e.g. Commission on Dietetic Registration)
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and its nutritional value
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with customers
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus

Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: Las Vegas
