Architecture Manager - Indian Nationality

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in our company. Your main duties will include planning and designing architectural concepts, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture and experience in project management. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and concepts for various projects
- Manage the budget, schedule, and quality of projects
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and other team members
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Prepare detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
- Review project contracts and negotiate changes if necessary
- Train new architects on company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
