We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxurious resort located in the beautiful city of Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's food operations, including menu creation, inventory management, and team leadership. Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee menus for multiple restaurants within the resort, ensuring high-quality and innovative dishes that meet guest expectations
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to maintain cost control and minimize waste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques, safety standards, and sanitation practices are followed
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and functions
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency throughout all outlets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new ingredients, and cooking techniques to continuously improve menu offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent education preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Creative flair with the ability to develop unique menus that cater to different tastes
-Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control measures, and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one

Salary: $900 per month plus accommodation allowance.
Location: Ar Rumaythiyah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
