Job Title: Factory Machine Operator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Factory Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Osijek. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment in our factory. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various factory machines such as presses, saws, drills, and grinders
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and understand technical diagrams
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality output
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the company. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Osijek.
