Senior Accountant


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Vilnius. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Experience with accounting software (Quickbooks, SAP)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
Salary for this position is $900 per month.

This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
