UX Designer


As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for our users. Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs. You will work closely with our product managers and developers to ensure that the final product meets both user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our target audience
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with product managers to define user flows and interactions
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Continuously gather feedback from users and iterate on designs based on their input
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
- Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a UX designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Al-Khor, Qatar (open to Filipino nationals)

Employment type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
