Android Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Android Developer to join our team in Moscow. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. You should have a strong understanding of Android development principles and guidelines, as well as experience with Java and other programming languages commonly used in Android development. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects within tight deadlines. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mobile development industry to continuously improve our apps' performance and user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Create engaging user interfaces that adhere to Android design principles
- Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs in a timely manner
- Stay updated on new developments and best practices in the mobile development industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as an Android Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, XML, and other programming languages used in Android development
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services
- Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs
- Knowledge of biometric passport technology is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

This is a contract position that offers a salary of 1100$ per month. Non-native English speakers are welcome to apply as English proficiency is not required for this role.
