Floral Designer and Arranger


We are currently seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Vilnius. As a Florist, you will use your artistic skills to design and arrange beautiful floral arrangements for a variety of occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. You will be responsible for selecting the freshest flowers, creating unique designs, and ensuring that the final product meets the client's expectations. Your attention to detail, knowledge of different flower types and colors, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create custom floral designs for various events and occasions
- Source and select the best quality flowers from suppliers
- Carefully arrange flowers into beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and other arrangements
- Ensure that all arrangements are delivered on time and in perfect condition
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock when needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in floral design

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their seasonality, and color combinations
- Creativity and ability to design unique arrangements
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients
- Physical stamina for standing long periods of time

Salary: 1700$ per month

Contract job: This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension or permanent employment based on performance.

Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation in Vilnius.
