We are searching for a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads at construction sites or other work sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of crane operation and safety procedures. This position requires physical strength and stamina, as well as the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes according to job requirements
- Inspect crane equipment before use and report any defects or malfunctions
- Plan and execute lifts based on load weight, size, and site conditions
- Ensure safe operation of the crane at all times by following safety guidelines and regulations
- Communicate with ground crew via hand signals or radio communication to ensure safe movement of loads
- Monitor weather conditions that may affect crane operation and take necessary precautions
- Keep accurate records of daily operations including lift logs, maintenance reports, and safety checks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings
- Strong understanding of crane operation techniques and safety protocols
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
