Land Surveyor

We are a leading land surveying company based in Bansko, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements of land and producing detailed maps and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise measurements of land using specialized equipment
- Analyze data and produce detailed maps, diagrams, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in the data collected and find solutions
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and calculations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bansko (candidates must be willing to relocate if not already based in the city)
